We Create Homes Worth Coming Back To

Midterm rentals thoughtfully designed for professionals in Tennessee

We find, furnish, and operate homes designed for professionals who need more than a hotel but less than a longterm lease.

How We Build Our Portfolio

We have a clear and repeatable process for finding, furnishing, and operating homes guests love.

Step 1: Find the Right Home

We focus on single family homes in Tennessee neighborhoods with strong rental demand and real character worth preserving.

Our Nashville bungalow is a good example. A modest single story home in a walkable neighborhood that guests keep coming back to.

Step 2: Renovate with Purpose

Every Odyssei home is renovated with the midterm guest in mind. Durable finishes, functional layouts, and the kind of thoughtful details that make a month away feel like home.

Step 3: Design with Intention

Every property is transformed through a thoughtful combination of renovation, design, and furnishing. We don't impose a look. We take cues from the surrounding neighborhood and create spaces that feel like they belong.

The goal is a home that a guest is proud to stay in and a neighbor is glad to have on the street.

Step 4: Get Guest-Ready

Every Odyssei home goes through a focused renovation and setup process so it’s ready for guests as quickly as possible. Our supplier relationships and hands-on approach mean guests walk into a finished, thoughtful space from day one.

Step 5: Operate With Care

We're not in this for a quick turnaround. We choose markets we believe in, properties we're proud of, and we operate them to a standard that holds up over time. That's the whole idea.

Let’s Connect

If you’ve made it this far, you probably appreciate the way we think about homes and the people who stay in them. We’re always happy to talk about what we’re building.
